A series of Winter training Programmes will begin tomorrow 02/10/25 The programmes will consist of evening ERG sessions and Sunday on the water sessions .
The evening ERG sessions will cater for all members who wish to avail of the classes .There is no charge for theses classes.
Junior classes will commence this Thursday with 3 Classes at 6.30 pm 7.20 pm and 8.00 pm. Classes will cater for 12 y/o to 18 y/o . The club Secretary has sent out a poll to all junior groups to see who is available . We would like to see all junior members participate. They will receive coaching from Level 1 accredited Rowing Ireland Coaches in a structured manner that should have them well prepared for the 2026 season it will also include on the water Sunday Sculling sessions in the Coastal and River boats. Going forward we will hope to have all juniors proficient in all rowing types . Skiff Coastal and River rowing .
Once the Juniors are up and running Adult classes will then begin next week.
