Last call for the Rowing Ireland Introduction to Coaching coarse given by Luke Smyth. This is an ideal opportunity for prospective coaches , Rowers and Parents  to  learn from of a highly knowledgeable and respected professional coach. A link to sign up for this 1 day course will be available on ClubZap   This course is normally €80  however for members and their parents the club will subsidise it by €30 so it will only cost you €50. it is open to all over 16 years old 
The course is on Saturday 18th of April 9.30 to 16.00  lunch will be provided with tea and coffee available throughout the day .This is an ideal opportunity to learn from one of Irelands top rowing coaches .
