A provisional date of March 8th has been set 
  Club entry must have rowed with the club at East Coast Regattas regularly during the 2024 season.There will be 2 places in each category available to every club 
 o Race Distance Adult: 2000 m  . Race Distance Youth U 16, U 14,  500 m
