A large contingent of our Offshore Rowers made the long trip to Kenmare Co Kerry over the weekend to compete in the Kenmare Endurance Regatta .
It turned out to be a very successful event with the Club coming home with 6 Gold Medals 3 silver medals and 2 bronze medals as well as some good 4th and 5th placings. There was great racing over all categories of Juniors Masters and Seniors . We had crews competing in 17 different races some of which didn't allow much time for a break but that didn't phase our rowers as you can see from the results We would like to thank everyone who travelled to help make it a great day .Everyone chipped in and helped get crews on the water in time by unloading and rigging boats and making sure everything was just right for the crews. It was a great team effort from Rowers Supporters and Parents alike . Well done everyone and Thank you all very much .
