This week the club took delivery of a new top of the range Boat trailer supplied by Peter Doyle of Kanghua coastal boats and fully sponsored by Shane and Kim of SKC providers .

The trailer is designed to carry up to 6 offshore boats Quads Doubles and singles as well as a large storage compartment for Oars trestles,gazebo tillers and life jackets it was put to good use on Tuesday when Rob and Shay travelled to Donegal on a 12 hour round trip to pick up 3 river boats for the club . The boats included a river Double a river coxed Four and a 60 foot long River Coxed Eight that is so big it comes in 2 thirty foot sections . We would hope to get some river training set up soon for these boats and all going well enter a couple of river regattas later in the year.
